MSH Brokerage takes the security of your information seriously and takes precautions to protect it. When users submit sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of latest encryption technology, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. The information you provide when you place an order is encrypted (or coded) using a secure server for maximum security. This coding makes it extremely difficult for anyone to reach your information as it moves through our ordering system. The security features are automatic, and always on. You don’t have to do anything but register.

To check the security of your computer, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then the encryption technology is active and the server is secure. You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser; when you access a secure server, the initial characters of the website address will be “https”.
To make sure that your information is secure, we recommend never giving your credit card or Personal Information in an e-mail; e-mail messages are not secure. Certain browsers will not allow communication through secure servers. If this is the case, you won’t be able to place an order online.

Most of the pages on our website provide freely information and there is no reason for these pages to be “secure.”.
The pages that we make secure are the ones on which you actually make a purchase with your credit card information.
Access to all of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.

The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

Credit / debit card transactions.
The bank or card processing agency may require verifying your personal details for authorisation outside the EEA (European Economic Area). Your information will not be transferred outside the EEA for any other purpose.

Please note that while we will endeavour to make the updates as promptly as possible, communications may be sent using the original details until the changes have been processed.
Even if you are removed from a list, if you order online, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order and may need to contact you by phone, e-mail or regular mail if we have questions about your order.

Data Protection.
If you no longer wish to receive invitations, newsletters or promotional materials, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by returning the item(s) to us with "unsubscribe" marked upon it. However, very occasionally, it may be necessary to send you important service announcements about an event you are attending, for example, we may contact you to inform you of a venue change.
In most cases unsubscribe and opt-out requests will be effective immediately, but in a very few instances where your data may already have been selected, you may receive further communications for a short period. Please allow up to 28 days for changes to be applied permanently.
Please also be aware that we use third party data suppliers and it is possible that they are contacting you on our behalf. Where this is the case; the third party should supply a means to opt-out of their lists and you should check for this on the marketing communications you receive.
