We are in contact with a dynamic network of international institutional, corporate and individual investors (Bank, private equity, investment fund, venture capital, angel investor, family office, HNWI, COFACE, region or city grant, industry company,...) 

We create an Executive Summary for potential investors with key information on the market, the company (legal structure, business model and team), its historical information, its development strategy, the financing needs and projections.
We also draw up a full financial model "business plan" (project presentation, projections, SWOT analysis,...).

We take in charge the negotiations: due diligence materials, valuation and all legal documents (investment contract, exit clause,...).

We provide to our client a detailed report indicating the main actions undertaken and investors contacted.

NB: In some cases (Start-ups, small companies,...), we will not ask for a retainer as the client will have forwarded to us all information to process.
