Step 2:
Local strategy of implementation (Creation of representative offices or branches or subsidiaries, Buy-outs, Joint Ventures, etc.)

Purchase or lease of new offices
Local recruitment
Communications on the new entity
Hourly rate: between 250 € / h and 500 € / h
Cost for the establishment of a company: 2000-7000 € (depending on country)
Joint-Venture contract: 6000-7000 €
For a start-up or a small company, we can consider free or very limited cost of international development consultancy in exchange of transfer of shares.

Option1: Retainer and Success fees
This covers direct costs during the initial stages, as well as legal documents, due diligence materials and our contribution to the preparation of an Executive Summary for potential investors with key information on the market, on the company (legal structure, business model and team), its historical information, its development strategy and the financing needs.
This presentation also includes a full financial model with projections "business plan" (project presentation, projections, SWOT analysis,...).
Retainer fees: Depending on the case.
Success fees: 3 to 5% depending on the deal size.
Option 2: Success fees
We will not ask for retainer fees when a start-up or a small company forwards to us all information to process.
Success fees: 5%

PRIVATE EQUITY FEES

Depending on the case.
The fee structure includes a 2% management fee annually on managed assets.
Success fees
A performance fee of 20% of the profits gained from the sale of a company depending on the deal size.
MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS FEES

Retainer
Depending on the case.
This covers direct costs during the initial stages, as well as our contribution to the preparation of the selling documents and due diligence materials.
We provide to our client a detailed report indicating the main actions undertaken.
Success fees
2 to 12% depending on the deal size.
