Exclusivity:
We act as an exclusive or non-exclusive representative in agreement with the client company.
Process:
We sign systematically a NCNDA contract with the 2 parties concerned before any introduction.
An IMPFA contract or commission and fee agreement will be signed by the 2 parties if they are determined to go further.
Commission:
Depending on the case.
Payment Terms:
We work as an independent company which provides consultancy services, brings deals, does networking and makes introductions.
If the 2 parties agree to work together or conclude sales or purchases thanks to the established connection, we will earn a defined amount for the connection.
The amount and the percentage will be determined between the 2 parties and us on a case-by-case basis.
10% of the success commission in the case of transmission to one party of non-public information not known by the other party on situations helping to carry out the mission.
20% of the success commission in the case of introduction of one party to another one unknown and where it will end to the signature of a contract between the 2 parties introduced.
25% of the success commission in the case of introduction of one party to another one unknown and active and crucial participation in the discussions leading to the signature of a contract between the 2 parties.
40% of the success commission in the case of a direct client (buyer or seller) and 2 or more other intermediaries.
50% of the success commission in the case of a direct client (buyer or seller) and only one other party.
100% of the success commission in the case of 2 direct clients (buyer and seller)
